Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1Lg. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  2. 1 cancorn, drained
  3. 1 canpeas, drained
  4. 1Sm. can sliced carrots, drained
  5. 1Sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  6. Approx. 2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
  7. 2deep dish pie crusts (homemade or frozen)
  8. Approx. 2-3 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  9. 2 cupsshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  10. Approx. 2 cups diced potatoes, boiled until soft, drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Make sure all your canned veggies are well drained. In a large pot, warm up your cream of mushroom soup. While its warming, preheat your oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Add in each veggie, stirring until well mixed in. Then add your cheese, stirring in till evenly mixed. Add the chicken, mixing in evenly. Continue heating thru until hot.

  3. 3

    Poke holes in the bottom with a fork before filling, then spoon in the mixture until heaping but not overflowing.

  4. 4

    Place second crust on top, crimping edges together with a fork. Cut off excess crust from the edges with a knife at the edge of the pan. Cut a couple slits in the center of the top crust for ventilation.

  5. 5

    Bake until crust is golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes or so, just keep watch, then serve it up!
