Ingredients

  • to tastesalt and freshly cracked pepper
  • to tasteyour favorite salad dressing
  • 2large English Cucumber partially peeled
  • 1/2small onion thinly sliced

Steps

    Was and partially peel the Cucumber. Slice in thin medallions and add onion slices.

    Add salt and pepper mix well
