This is a very simple recipe, mostly served with papa (ugali/xima) meat or fish.

Heat the oil for 30 seconds, add onion and garlic and fry until they become slightly caramel.

Add the curry spice and stir for about 45 seconds to avoid burnt.

Add all the remaining ingredientes, one by one and stir carefully

Fry for additional 5 minutes

The whole process should last up to 10minutes

Serve with ugali/ papa and meat or fish.
