Ingredients

06 servings
  1. 4big red tomatoes
  2. 1big onion
  3. 2small green peppers
  4. 1medium carrot
  5. 1teaspoon of salt
  6. 6 tbspolive oil/ just oil
  7. 1 tbspcurry spice
  8. 3garlic gloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil for 30 seconds, add onion and garlic and fry until they become slightly caramel.

  2. 2

    Add the curry spice and stir for about 45 seconds to avoid burnt.

  3. 3

    Add all the remaining ingredientes, one by one and stir carefully

  4. 4

    Fry for additional 5 minutes

  5. 5

    The whole process should last up to 10minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali/ papa and meat or fish.
