Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 2 packsirloin strips
  • 1/2onion (sliced)
  • 1/2carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 1black mushroom (sliced)
  • Sukiyaki sauce:
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 3 tbspmirin
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • Olive oil
  • Stock

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the pan, add 2 drops of olive oil, then caramelized the onion. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Next, sautee the carrot and black mushroom. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil, put the sirloin strips in then sauteed.

  4. 4

    Add the sukiyaki sauce, some stock. Together, re-sauteed the onion, carrot, and mushroom.
