BBQ Beef Back Ribs (TGIFs copycat)

I used to spend my weekend on TGIF and always having ribs for my dinners. But since I can make it. I'd never go there. Coz homemade is cheaper!
This is so juicy, fall off the bone tender, well- seasoned, perfectly saucy and sticky 😋😋

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean any membrans in Beef's skin.
- 2
Mix well all marinating ingredients
- 3
Rub the ribs with marinating ingredients. It will looks too much seasoning on it. But trust me the result will be so delish!
- 4
Keep it overnight in the fridge. It will enhance the flavour.
- 5
In the next day, take ribs out from the fridge, and start Pre heat oven to 142 C or 280 F (about 15 minutes before baking)
- 6
Wrap marinated ribs with aluminium foil. Make sure all covered. Be sure to seal the edge so steam won't seep out. And put in the baking pan.
- 7
Bake for 3-4 hours (mine took almost 4 hours)
- 8
When ribs are done, open top of aluminium foil and drain off all the liquids from ribs.
- 9
Brush ribs with BBQ sauce (recipe ⬆️⬆️ above). And let aluminum foil remain open so the sauce will caramelized during baking.
- 10
Return to oven and broil it for 10-15 minutes (keep an eye on it)
- 11
You can serve with mashed potato and steam brocolli. Enjoy! 😊

Sunday Favorite BBQ Baby Back Ribs Sunday Favorite BBQ Baby Back Ribs
I created this recipe when I wanted to try making my own rub for the ribs. I call them Sunday ribs since they take most of the afternoon to slow cook in the oven. They have been a favorite hit in my household since perfecting the recipe. They turn out very tender. Chez.Ryan -

BBQ baby back pork ribs BBQ baby back pork ribs
this is my own brine recipe. you can add whatever you want to the brine for your own flavor combo, just as long as the basic brine ingredients (water and salt) are present. The beef stock adds just the right ammount of salt for my taste! mathe16 -

BBQ Pork Ribs BBQ Pork Ribs
I LOVE real low 'n slow BBQ. Being that I'm not from Texas, I believe that Pork is BBQ, not beef. So, I set out to perfect the art of real BBQ pork... And this recipe is in rib form! DeanTheGreen -
