6-8 servings

6Bananas
200 gVegan margarine or coconut oil
100 gSugar (or other sweetener, like agava sirup)
Powder sugar
Vegan sauce (chocolate)
Vegan Ice Cream (optional, see my other receipt)

Steps

Cut bananas in 4 or more pieces

Warm up margarine/oil in a pan, add sweetener, stir it.

Fry bananas 1 minute on each side on hot oil/margarine.

Remove excess of fat, serve with powder sugar, ice cream (optional), sauce
