Ingredients

20 minutes
2 persons
  • 2 packudon
  • 1/2carrot (sliced)
  • 1/2onion (sliced)
  • 1leek (bottom part)
  • 1/2kamaboko taro (sliced)
  • 1 packsilken egg tofu
  • 4black mushroom
  • Shimeji mushroon
  • Enoki mushroom
  • 2 tbspmirin
  • 1 sachetdashi powder
  • Stock

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil some stock, and dissolve miso paste, then boil the udon. When it's cooked, drain the udon, put it on a bowl.

    Still using the miso soup, boil kamaboko taro, silken egg tofu, all mushrooms, carrot, onion, and leek.

    When they're all cooked, pour it on the top of the udon.
