Deep fry salmon with mixed veggies

Ingredients

  1. 4 pcsSalmon
  2. Rice bran oil (for deep frying)
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. 1Carrot
  6. Green bean
  7. Bok choy
  8. Asparagus

Cooking Instructions

    Deep fry salmon>

    Put the pan on the stove in middle high heat, add rice bran oil and wait until hot

  3. 3

    Put salmon into the pan and deep fry until golden brown or cooked. Then remove from pan to a serving plate.

    Veggies>

  5. 5

    Clean veggies and cut all veggies based on your choice, put into a bowl (suitable for microwaving), add water to just cover the veggies.

    Put in the microwave for around 4-5 minutes (My microwave @1200W within 5 minutes) or until cooked.

    Remove all veggies from the bowl and put into cold water for around 1 minute, then remove from the water into a serving dish.

  8. 8

    Serve deep fried salmon with mixed veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy :)
