  • salt
  • 4 cupswater

  1. 1

    Remove the outer cover of the maize and the strings too.

  2. 2

    Place in a cooking pot over high heat. mostly put in a Jiko. add water and salt.

  3. 3

    Cover and let it boil for 50-1hr. till soft.

  4. 4

    Serve with tea
