Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupscream
  • 2 teaspoonssugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 4 teaspoonsbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Blend in butter with a pastry knife

  3. 3

    Add well beaten eggs and cream

  4. 4

    Turn out onto floured surface

  5. 5

    Roll till 3/4 inch thick

  6. 6

    Cut into triangles

  7. 7

    Place on greased baking sheet

  8. 8

    Bake for 15 minutes in a 450 oven
