Ingredients

8 -10 hrs.
3 lb. Elk
  1. 3 lb.Elk roast
  2. 1 packageHidden Valley Salad Dressing mix
  3. 1 packageGood Seasons Italian Salad mix
  4. 1 1/2 cupsor 1 can of beef broth
  5. 1 stickbutter
  6. Spices if desired

Steps

8 -10 hrs.
  1. 1

    Place elk roast in crockpot.

  2. 2

    Pour beef broth over roast.

  3. 3

    Mix both packages of dressing mix

  4. 4

    Sprinkle mix on top of roast.

  5. 5

    Put stick of butter on roast.

  6. 6

    Cook on 8-10 hours on low heat.
