Steps

Do the previous preparation by cutting the onions and tomatoes. whisk the eggs lightly.

Then heat the pan and fry the onions. fry until golden brown.

Add the tomatoes. stir them until soft

Then pour the whisked egg to the cooking tomatoes.

Stir continuously until it starts to form lump like then reduce heat and while still stirring... should be for about five minutes.

Then serve with ugali.
