Ugali Fish stew and kales
Fish is a good source of omega 3.
Steps

In a clean sufuria, heat the oil then add the finely chopped onions and hoho and mix well until the onions are golden brown.

Add the finely chopped tomatoes to the mixture and mix well.

In a clean cup, add water then Royco and mix well then add to the cooking mixture. Add enough water. Let it cook for 5 minutes

Add the fish and cook for 15-20 minutes then turn the stove off.

In a clean pan, heat the oil with onions until golden brown then add tomatoes and mix well.

Wash the kales in warm water then add to the cooking mixtur and stir.

Stir for 5 minutes then turn the stove off.

In a clean sufuria measure 400ml of water and boil until ready.

Add unga and stir, keep adding unga while stirring until it's more stiff.

Serve in a clean plate.

Serve while warm. Enjoy your meal.
