Put them in plastic bag for minutes then skin and cut them

Prepare the regular salad sauce (1 amount vinegar, 2 amounts oil, salt, white pepper, garlic, sugar, mustard)

Add bit of sauce, olive oil on the top and decorate with lemon slices and chopped parsley
