1 canChickpeas
Spinach 1 Large handful
4 ozFeta Cheese
1 handfulRaisins
1/2 TbspLemmon Juice
1 TbspHoney
4 TbspOlive Oil
1/2-1 tspCumin
1 pinchSalt
1/2 tspChili Flakes

Roll spinach and chop

Mix Feta, Spinach and chickpeas in a bowl.

In small bowl add honey, oil, Lemmon Juice and raisins. Mix well.

Add cumin, salt, pepper and chilli flakes and mix.

Drizzle dressing over salad and enjoy.
