Cut baguettes into approximately 30+ pieces. Arrange on baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil spray. Broil on low for q-3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Of no broiler available, 9 minutes on 350. Once toasted set aside to cool.

In medium mixing boil, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, copped dill, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

Depending on how you want to present your Crostini you can:
1. Spread mixture evenly on Crostini and divide salmon onto equal portions in top.
2. Divide salmon onto equal portions on Crostini. Put mixture in piping bag and put a dollop on top of each salmon piece. - 4
Garnish each Crostini with extra dill and/or capers.
