9sweet potatoes medium
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1onion bulb (chopped)
6fresh pepper (chopped)
1 sachettomatoes paste
2Maggi cube
to tastesalt

Peel the back of potatoes,wash and boil for 20min

Get a clean pot place on heat then add vegetable oil, add onions, pepper and tomato paste stir for 3min

Add Maggi, salt and stir. Break egg whisk then add stir for 1min sauce is ready.
