Ingredients

  1. 200 glean pork (minced)
  2. 1/2 bunchchives (finely chopped)
  3. 1/8cabbage (finely chopped)
  4. 5 pcsspring onions (chopped)
  5. 2 tbspginger (finely chopped)
  6. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspmirin
  8. 1 tspsesame oil
  9. Gyoza wrap
  10. Cooking oil
  11. Water
  12. Dipping sauce
  13. 4 tbspsoy sauce
  14. 1 tbspvinegar
  15. 1 tbspginger (finely sliced)
  16. Chilli oil

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Sprinkle some salt to the chopped cabbage. Wait until 10 minutes and remove the excess water.

  2. 2

    Mix the minced pork and everything else.

  3. 3

    Put the mixture in the wrap.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil, pan fried the gyoza, then pour a little water to semi-boil semi-steam for about 7 minutes. (I added sesame oil when steaming process)
