6Potatoes
Oil for frying

Steps

First of all grate the Potatoes and wash them thrice in order to remove starch from it.

Now on a cotton towel spread all these grated Potatoes so that water gets absorbed.

After the Potatoes become dry, deep fry them in oil.

Add sendha Namak to taste.
