In a bowl add besan, suji and all spices and mix well.

Add 1 tsp oil also in it.

With the help of very little water approximately 2 tbsp make a smooth paste.

Now add grated aloo in it.

Now take a non-stick tawa or pan, put 1/2 tsp oil.

Pour the batter slowly and with the help of ladder spread it in round shape and make a small pancake.

Cover and roast from both sides.

Flip the side and roast the chilla from other side as well until it gets a little brown in color.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
