Wash meat boil with,maggi,salt,ginger,garlic and little water for 15min

Then pour out ur stock rinse the pot,place back on heat then add vegetable oil after 2min

Add onion,pepper and tomato stir for 3 min then add the meat stock and meat stir leave it for like 5 min then turn off heat.

Stew is ready came out delicious.
