Roasted vegetables soup

Roughly chop all vegetables and keep aside

In non-stick wok heat olive oil and add all vegetables keeping it on medium flame. Saute for 5-7mins.

Once completely cool, blend it with about 1 1/2 cup water.

Now take it in a pan, add salt, pepper and bring it to boil.

Top with basil and thyme. Serve hot!!
