Snapper Roe in Slow Cooker

My mother used to make amazing snapper roe soup. However, I was too lazy to prepare the herbs and use a pressure cooker for that. I decided to use my slow cooker instead. It turned out savory, a bit tangy, and tasty.

Holiday Ham - Slow Cooker Holiday Ham - Slow Cooker
This is something new we tried for Thanksgiving this year, instead of making a turkey. We decided to use the slow cooker to free up the oven for side dishes. It takes only 5 minutes to prep and then the slow cooker does all the work. The ham turned out incredibly tender and moist! We'll likely be making this rather than turkey for years to come honestly, as everyone loved it. Christina -
