Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 4chopped tomatoes
  3. 1sliced onions
  4. cooking oil
  5. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the potatoes

  2. 2

    Place the onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and cover until tomatoes soften then stir

  4. 4

    Add the chopped potatoes and 1tbs royco stirred in 1 cup water. Add salt and cover as the potatoes cook.

  5. 5

    When fully cooked turn off heat and serve.
