Slice the chicken breast and marinate with the spices mentioned, except for the oil. Leave the chicken in the refrigerator overnight.

Cook the chicken on the stove, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates. Add the oil, stir, and then turn off the heat.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut, and fry them.

Wash the tomato and pickles, then slice them.

Start assembling the shawarma by spreading mayonnaise on the bread, then add potatoes, tomato, pickles, and chicken. Roll the bread.

Toast the bread in the same oil used for the shawarma or in regular oil until golden brown.

Serve with ayran (a yogurt-based drink).
