Cut all the ingredients into pieces

Heat the oil in a pan,add in the chopped onion,the green plant and the carrot and cook for about 10 minutes,and salt to taste.

Add the tomatoes and keep on stirring until they soften.Add in the bell peppers,mushroom and okra. Add 1/4 cup water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy
