4 stripsbacon
40 ggoat cheese
Wild rocket
Raspberries
Roasted pine nut
to drizzle Balsamic reduction
to drizzle Olive oil
to taste Lemon juice

Steps

1

Using a cupcake tray turn it upside down to create the basket, using the bacon strips and bake till crisp, let it cool down, placed over the cupcake tray.

In a bowl mix together the wild rocket,olive oil and lemon juice, put the rocket into the basket, adding on top the goats cheese, raspberries and pine nuts
3

Drizzle balsamic reduction on top to finish and serve.
