My Grandma's Tuna Sea Shells

This one takes me back many years. Me and my brothers would work in her yard on some Saturdays. She would feed us lunch. Sometimes sandwiches, stuffed potatoes, deviled crabs, or something. One afternoon it was this recipe I so fell in love with it! So I share it with you now. I hope you can give it a try.

My Mom's Tuna Salad My Mom's Tuna Salad
I have always loved Tuna fish but not that slight fishy after taste. One day my mom made tuna sandwiches and this time, there really was no after taste and there was a crisp refreshing taste to it. My mom told me she added apple and I thought she was messing with me but the next time she made tuna I was helping her make it and sure enough out came an apple. From then on that is the only way I make it. I have gotten many a friends, and coworkers ask me to make it for them. The parents of my daughters friends and our neighbor's say that when they make tuna the only way their kids will eat tuna now is if they put apple in it. LOL! cswindoll -

My Grandmother's DIY Udon Noodles My Grandmother's DIY Udon Noodles
As my grandfather loved udon noodles, my grandmother made them year round. As she has aged, she no longer makes them regularly, but they really take me back. I replicated her noodles and uploaded the recipe here!I ate these noodles with my DIY noodle dipping sauce, which is also based on my grandmother's recipe.-You can roughly measure the ingredients. Add enough water so that the dough comes together.-I recommend using all-purpose flour. You could use cake flour, but it won't be as chewy.-I've added tips to each step, so consult them while you're making these. Recipe by Myajima cookpad.japan -
