Ingredients

  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • 1medium pineaple
  • to taste mustard
  • pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash spinach and use only green leaves

  2. 2

    Chop spinach finely and add salt

  3. 3

    Peel pineapple shred/grate it into the spinach

  4. 4

    Squeeze mustard and mix together

  5. 5

    Serve with your favourite starch and meat
