Steps

Take 1 tsp of chili oil, add cumin seeds as it gets hot. Add ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Saute it for few mins. Then add potato and fry them till it get cooked. add salt at this stage.

Blanch palak leaves in water and make fine puree of it. Once potato gets cook add this puree in it. Add peanuts in it. In case you like add turmeric powder. This can enhance colour of palak.

Add little water and let it get boil for 2-3 mins.

Do not cook for long to preserve nutrient value. Add little creme if you like.

Add some chili oil on top and Serve it with steamed rice.
