3potato(4 slice cut)
To tastesalt
1/4 spoonCoriander powder
1/4 spoonturmeric powder
1/4 spoonred chilli powder
1/4 spoongaram masala
1/4 spoonaamchur powder
2 spoonoil

Take a one pan add some oil and parwal till it colour get golden brown. take out in a plate

Add potato till it colour get golden brown and add parwal and all ingredients put in a low flame in 20 minutes.

Now, ready to eat with chapatti.
