Kourkoutopsomo (Greek Yogurt Feta Bread)

A very simple, quick, and easy pie! This is a type of bread our grandmothers used to make in a hurry, without all the luxuries we have today, but with pure, homemade ingredients.

Steps
- 1
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yogurt, eggs, crumbled feta, a pinch of salt, and the oil—reserving a little oil to grease the baking pan and to brush on top of the bread. Add a little water until you have a medium-thick batter, not too runny.
- 2
Preheat the oven well. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- 3
Bake on the lower rack of the oven until golden brown and set.
