Steps

Sift the self-rising flour, semolina, and baking powder together.

Beat the eggs.

Add the sunflower oil and milk to the eggs and beat again.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well by hand.

Add the crumbled feta cheese.
- 6
Spread the mixture in a baking pan (no need to grease it).

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
