Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsself-rising flour (about 190 grams)
  2. 1 1/2 cupsfine semolina (about 270 grams)
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cupssunflower oil (about 355 ml)
  6. 1 1/2 cupsmilk (about 355 ml)
  7. 17.5 ozfeta cheese (500 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the self-rising flour, semolina, and baking powder together.

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs.

  3. 3

    Add the sunflower oil and milk to the eggs and beat again.

  4. 4

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well by hand.

  5. 5

    Add the crumbled feta cheese.

  6. 6

    Spread the mixture in a baking pan (no need to grease it).

  7. 7

    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
