3 1/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 400 grams)
2/3 cupcornmeal (about 100 grams)
4grated carrots
3/4 cupolive oil (about 200 grams)
7 tablespoonswater (about 100 grams)
1/2 teaspoonsalt

Mix all the ingredients together until you have a firm, smooth dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Shape the dough into cookies.
