Mix the sweetened condensed milk with 2 cans of boiling water until the milk is completely dissolved (use the milk can to measure the water).

Add 2 cartons of whole milk and stir. When the mixture cools, add the yogurt and stir again. Then incubate. 💧 INCUBATION METHOD: I use a rice cooker to incubate. Boil water in the rice cooker (mix the ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour into the rice cooker with boiling water). The rice cooker will be warm enough to incubate the yogurt without separating. (I incubate the yogurt overnight).

Strain the passion fruits to get the juice and add a little sugar to taste. Add 1 teaspoon of passion fruit juice to each cup or jar, then pour in the yogurt, and it's ready.
