Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupwarm water
  • 30 gfresh yeast (if we like, we can replace it with 1 package of dry yeast)
  • 1bit of salt
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • flour as much as it needs (I think 500 g at most)
  • 1ground onion
  • 2-3peeled and finely diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsporegano

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.

    Knead half the oil, salt and flour in a mixing bowl.

    Spread on an oiled tray and let it rise (about half an hour).

    Put the onions, tomato, oregano and the rest of the oil on the top.

    Bake for about half an hour at 190-200°C.
