Ingredients

  • 10 gramsdried yeast
  • 400 gramsplain flour
  • 220 mlwarm milk
  • 25 gramsmelted butter
  • 1egg
  • 45 gramscaster sugar
  • 1salt

Steps

  1. 1

    mix yeast with flour +water

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients into food processer at medium speed for 10min

  3. 3

    put in an oiled baol for about 1hr until double in size

  4. 4

    cut them into cookie doughnats and left aside for 20 min
