Ingredients

2 small glasses

2-3 tspgreek coffee
sugar, as much as you like
whipping cream or full fat milk to froth it
coffee filters

Steps

Prepare the greek coffee as you would normally make it in your briki but use 1 glass of water.

When it is ready, put it in a glass and then in the fridge so that it gets cold and the coffee grounds settle.

When it is cold pass it through the coffee filter to remove the coffee grounds.

Serve in two low glasses and pour the frothed milk that you have prepared or the whipped cream if you want to make things easy.

Take two straws, cut them with a pair of scissors to adjust to the height of the glass and it is ready!!
