Ingredients

  • 1 largejar roasted red peppers
  • 1 mediumonion sliced
  • 1 packagesitalian hoagie lunch meat (ham,bologna,salami)
  • 8 slicebaby swiss
  • 1 packagescresent roll dough divided in half (2 squares)
  • 1 dashsalt, pepper,oregano
  • 6eggs beaten with salt pepper and oregano

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Oil bottom of 8×8 square baking dish, place half of cresent dough in bottom pressing out to fit entire pan.

  3. 3

    Start layering bologna, ham, salami.

  4. 4

    Layer 4 slices of swiss.

  5. 5

    Layer onion.

  6. 6

    Layer roasted red pepper.

  7. 7

    Pour half beaten eggs over top.

  8. 8

    Repeat layers of meat, cheese, onion, and peppers.

  9. 9

    Pour remaining eggs over top.

  10. 10

    Place remaining crescent square over top. Roll out before placing on top to ensure it covers. Press down top lightly.

  11. 11

    Cover with foil. Bake 25-30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
