Ingredients

quite a few

500 gself-rising flour
1 cupwater
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupoil
2 tspbaking powder
juice and zest of 1 orange
1/2deep plate walnuts and raisins
cinnamon sprinkled on top of the batter before it goes in the oven

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well. Add the walnuts and raisins in the end.

Bake at 150°C for about 1 hour.
