Wash the peppers and grill or barbecue them.

Let them until they brown and turn them so that their skin burns on all sides.

After they cool a little remove the skin, the stems and the seeds.

If you want to serve them on the spot, season with salt, sprinkle them (optionally) with a little vinegar and plenty of olive oil.

In any other case, when they cool down you can store them in a jar with plenty of olive oil and keep it in a cool place or the fridge.
