Preheat oven to 425° F. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Add butter and mix until consistency is fine granules. Then add sugar and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.

Finally add cream, honey, and vanilla and stir until a thick dough forms.

Roll the dough out to about 1/2 in. thickness. Then cut out 3-ish inch squares and transfer to a cookie sheet. Finally make criss-crossed indents on the tops of the squares with a butter knife.

Bake for about 12 minutes, until dough is lightly golden.
