Ingredients

2 portions
  • 175 gramsmushrooms finely sliced
  • 6 clovegarlic finely sliced, 3 finely chopped or put through a press
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 25 gramsbutter
  • 100 gramsmascarpone

Steps

  1. 1

    Gently heat butter in a medium size pan.

  2. 2

    Add all the garlic and salt. Watch it sizzle. 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms. Keep stiring or shaking the pan (WITH THE LID ON) every so often for two minutes.

  4. 4

    Add mascarpone and heat gently.

  5. 5

    Serve with crusty bread.
