Cooking Instructions

Gently heat butter in a medium size pan.

Add all the garlic and salt. Watch it sizzle. 1 minute.

Add mushrooms. Keep stiring or shaking the pan (WITH THE LID ON) every so often for two minutes.

Add mascarpone and heat gently.
- 5
Serve with crusty bread.
