Ingredients

2 portions

175 gramsmushrooms finely sliced
6 clovegarlic finely sliced, 3 finely chopped or put through a press
1 pinchsalt
25 gramsbutter
100 gramsmascarpone

Steps

Gently heat butter in a medium size pan.

Add all the garlic and salt. Watch it sizzle. 1 minute.

Add mushrooms. Keep stiring or shaking the pan (WITH THE LID ON) every so often for two minutes.

Add mascarpone and heat gently.

Serve with crusty bread.
