My mom makes this grape spoon sweet and I finish it in no time! It is something else.

Wash and dry the grapes (without their stems).

Place the water, sugar and the vanilla in a pot and over heat.

When the syrup starts boiling add the grapes and shake the pot gradually so that the spoon sweet doesn't stick.

Boil for 10 minutes and remove the pot from heat immediately (so that the sweet doesn't shrink).

Cover with a towel

And boil once more on the next day until it thickens.

Towards the end add the lemon juice so that the spoon sweet doesn't crystallize.
