An appetizer that is simple but slightly different for your daily meals and not only!

Deseed the pomegranate and set 1-2 tbsp of the seeds aside. Place the rest into a bag and squeeze them so that they let out their juice. Set the juice aside.

Beat the egg. Dip the feta cheese into the egg, then coat it in flour and finally fry it in very hot oil. When it is done on one side, turn it over carefully.

Serve immediately while hot, pouring the pomegranate juice over it as well as sprinkling it with the seeds that you have set aside.
