Ha I already used it so had to make more but I didn't have enough so I subbed cocoa butter. Then I forget to melt it. Anyway I left in fridge overnight and set little better I melted more cocoa butter and mixed in, it went ok so I carried on. Mine were little soft I think supposed to set, but we're really nice..so if it goes wrong don't throw it out. If calorie counting use all fresh coconuts not packet..
