Ingredients

1 headred leaf lettuce
1 headgreen leaf lettuce
1 buncharugula
1apple, either red or green
1/2pomegranate
2 tbspcoarsely ground walnuts
For the salad dressing
1/2 cupoil
1/2 cuppomegranate dressing
salt, pepper

Steps

Mix all the ingredients well into a salad bowl, sprinkle with the walnuts, pour the wonderful pomegranate dressing over everything and serve.
