  • boiled chickpeas
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the boiled chickpeas in a large tray and sprinkle with plenty of coarse salt.

  2. 2

    Bake in a preheated oven until they are dry or even using the grill of the oven but not too strong so that they don't burn.
