Roasted Broccoli with Citrus and Ginger

Preheat oven to 450 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray

Coat broccoli with oil and spread on prepared pan. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring once.

Whisk soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, ginger and garlice

Drizzle mixture over cooked broccoli and serve immediately.
