Run the rusks under a light spray of water to moisten them but do not overdo it because they will get soggy.

Grate the tomato and feta on the large hole side of the grater.

Place the rusks on a plate, sprinkle them with as much oil as you like, add the tomato with the feta on top.

Then add the onion, caper and sprinkle with oregano.
